  • 1½ tbsp poppy seeds
  • 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 1½ tbsp dried minced garlic
  • 1½ tbsp dried onion flakes
  • 2 tsp flaked sea salt or coarse sea salt

Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl or jar, combine all the above-mentioned ingredients and mix them well.
  2. Store the seasoning in an air-tight container, mason or shaker jar, and keep in the pantry of your kitchen.
  3. Sprinkle it over bagels, avocado toast, scrambled tofu, potatoes, homemade bread, salads, roasted veggies and almost anything & everything you want to try it with
